G3 glass fiber cotton, PA-50/70/100, is perfect for trapping paint mist in spray booths and painting equipment.

It features low compressibility, high absorbency, and can withstand temperatures up to 170°C. Crafted from

high-density glass fiber, it ensures thorough filtration and meets EN779 certification requirements.

13.1. Primary filter cotton, G3/EU3;

13.1.1 Purpose: used in the following equipment in high-demand ventilation systems

⭐In air conditioning and air ventilation systems;

⭐As pre-filtration in air supply systems under high dust exposure;

⭐Pre-filtration and flow equalization of the air supply in the spraying system and baking device;

13.3.1 Purpose:

The trapping of paint mist in spray booths and spray painting equipment systems or the adsorption of oil fumes from kitchen and chemical systems ultimately lead to exhaust emissions.

3. Pleated dry filter paper;

3.1Purpose:

Filters solid or liquid particles in the air flow and acts as a flow equalizer.

13.5.2 Features:

⭐The shape design is conducive to frontal speed distribution;

⭐Weak resistance to air, maximum filtration effect;

⭐Exceeds the service life of other types of filter paper, up to six times;

⭐Continuous use for 500-600 hours, in line with DIN53438 flame retardant standard: k1;

⭐The air outlet surface is lined with glass fiber cotton or synthetic fiber cotton for better results;

⭐Framed filters can be made upon request;

3.2Principle:

Overspray collection and separation filter paper are all based on the principle of inertial separation. The load airflow is forced to change direction multiple times so that those heavier-than-air particles stick to the wall, while the air continues to move without any particular hindrance. When air passes freely through the holes, the particles are adsorbed on the pleats until the filter is saturated.
