Mold detection
Project Introduction
Mold is a kind of microorganism that is widely distributed in
nature. It exists widely in soil and air. Mold test is an item in
the climate environment test, which is used to evaluate the ability
of food, products or materials to resist mold erosion. It is the
same as general environmental testing. It selects the environmental
conditions where the product is most susceptible to mold hazards
during actual transportation, storage or use, and uses artificial
simulation methods to create the environmental conditions in the
laboratory and conduct the test.
Mold detection
Test Range
Daily chemical products, electronic products, disposable sanitary
products, plastic materials, paints and inks, coatings, textiles,
leather, etc.
Testing purposes
Mold testing is used to determine:
(1) Whether the product, equipment or components are moldy;
(2) The growth rate of mold on products and equipment;
(3) The impact of mold growth on products and equipment on the
equipment, task completion and use safety;
(4) Whether the equipment can be effectively stored in the
environment;
(5) If mold grows, is there a simple way to remove it?
Mold testing is the most effective means to ensure that designed
and manufactured products and equipment meet mold prevention
requirements. Although mold-resistant materials have been
considered during design, it is often impossible to completely
avoid mold growth, and mold tests must be conducted to check
whether they actually meet the requirements. For products that are
still in the development process, the results of the mold test can
be used as a basis for improving the mold-resistant design of the
product. For products that are designed and finalized, the mold
test can be used as a basis for whether the product meets the
design requirements and can pass the design and finalization. Of
course, it can also It can provide information for future improved
designs.
In order to determine the ability of a product to resist mold
corrosion, a test method must be developed that is similar to
actual working conditions and can judge the corrosion effect of
mold and give a correct evaluation. Provide a basis for product
material selection, structure and design to ensure that the product
can operate safely and reliably in climate environments where a
large amount of mold exists.
Test items
Antibacterial performance, antibacterial effect, antibacterial
performance, antimicrobial activity, antifungal evaluation,
antifungal performance, antimicrobial activity, culture medium
improvement experimental testing, mold disinfection effect testing,
etc.
Test process
1. Send samples (or come to collect samples)
2. Free initial inspection (no charge)
3. Make a quotation based on the complexity of the experiment.
4. Both parties confirm, sign a confidentiality agreement, and
start the experiment
5. Complete the experiment
6. Mail the test report and provide post-service.
