Automobile reliability performance test
Basic introduction
The automobile reliability driving test is to let the car drive on
various different roads to comprehensively examine its performance.
The various roads used for the test and the mileage of each road
vary depending on the model. The reliability tests that must be
done on the car include anti-collision test, wear resistance test,
etc.
Temperature star test
It is mainly used to assess the use and storage adaptability of
finished products or components of electrical and electronic
products, components, materials, etc. under constant humidity and
temperature cycle changes. It is the most widely used type of
artificial accelerated simulation test in products.
Argon lamp test
It uses lamps to simulate the destructive effects of full-spectrum
sunlight, and uses sprays to simulate the effects of rain, dew,
exposure, and darkness. Simulate the changes caused by materials
exposed to sunlight in different environments. Aging tests are
performed by exposing material samples to the light, heat
radiation, and humidity of arc lamps to evaluate the light
resistance and weather resistance of the material.
Vibration test
It refers to the test of the vibrated object or model to evaluate
the vibration resistance of the product in the expected use
environment. According to the type of vibration load applied, the
vibration test is divided into two types: sinusoidal vibration test
and random vibration test.
Sine vibration test
Includes fixed frequency vibration test and sweeping sine vibration
test. Controlling temperature and humidity changes simultaneously
on the basis of vibration test is called three-in-one vibration
test.
