1. Overview

This collision avoidance system calculates distance and left and right deviation data, allowing drivers to receive warnings or detect potential dangers in advance. If necessary, it can actively brake, effectively increasing driving safety. It can be widely applied to construction sites of various transportation vehicles and large mechanical equipment.

This system consists of five functional systems: radar detection system, warning system, auxiliary braking system, human-machine interaction system, and equipment operation monitoring and management system. The radar detection system is installed in the front and rear of the equipment, and continuously emits and receives electromagnetic wave signals to display the distance of the nearest object within the detection range. Based on the human-machine interaction settings, the system performs calculations and analysis, sends designated signals to remind drivers or actively intervene in equipment driving, and builds an effective safety barrier for the construction site.
