Configuration

Computer Controled:Motion controller is the main control of the whole machine,5.7 inches Touch machine interface and two servo motors(it can fix length,automatic counting, early warning,set number to stop automatic,number display,and high parking).
The Way to Pull the Material:Adopt servo and tension system,The servo adopts the belt clamping method to determine the long pull material.
Forming Unit:Fold the composit bubble roller,Equipped with photoelectric pneumatic micro-pull correction; mechanical pressure mode,It is equipped with 4 sets of wide-line cross-seal device.A set of cold pressing device,the sealing knife can move forward and backward,and the width of the sealing knife is 20mm.

Applications

This machine used to make the mail bag from kraft paper and poly bubble lining.It combine coated kraft paper together with that PE bubble film by the heating jumbo roll.Be formed under the first press of the horizontal heat-seal bar,then after a second press of the cooling bar will be more even and firm,at last be cut at the fixed length to be the finished mail bag.

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.

And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.

If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
