Working principle:

The cooling medium is flowing in the pipe of the cooling tower coil, the heat of the medium transmit to the wall of the pipe.
The fan on the top of the cooling tower exhausting air, outside cycling spray water touched with the wind which is extracted by the fan, latent heat and sensible heat make a exchanging, the temperature of the spray water cooled down, the cooled spray water formed a water film on the pipe wall outside to absorb the heat of the pipe, to take the medium heat way, reached the aim of cooling.

The internal fillings of the cooling tower can help cooling the circling water. In the progress of the heat changing, the internal medium not touched with the air directly, so that can keep the original character, no pollution, no attenuation, and
volatilization. The spray water collected in the bottom pool, recycled.

Structural characteristics
