About IC693MDL330

The IC693MDL330 module is an output module and a product of the GE Intelligent Platforms/GE Fanuc. It belongs to Series 90-30. It has a

voltage rating of 120 to 240 Volts AC with 2 Amps of current. This module has 4 output points in each of the 2 isolated groups for a total of 8

outpoints. The 2 commons in the groups are not connected to the IC693MDL330 module. Therefore, each group can perform on completely

separate AC-supplied phases, but they can also run on the same power supply. Each group comes with a protection fuse rated at 5 Amps for

each common, and each output has an RC snubber to protect it from the transient electrical noise from the power line. This module has an output

voltage range of 85 to 264 Volts AC, a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz, and a maximum current of 2 Amps per point. At 40 degrees celsius, the

maximum current per group is 4 Amps.

The GE Fanuc IC693MDL330 module offers a high level of inrush current (about 10 times the rated current and a maximum of 20 Amps per cycle,

thus making the outputs best for use in the control of incandescent as well as inductive loads). It comes with a minimum load current of 100

milliamps. The IC693MDL330 module does not support DC power, and the users are required to provide AC power for the loads connected to the

outputs. This module comes with LED indicators, which display the "ON" and "OFF" status for every point. Additionally, it features 2 horizontal rows

with 8 green LEDs each and one additional red LED placed between the 2 rows. The 8 upper LEDs are marked A1 to A8, and they are used to

indicate the output status. The red "F” LED turns on in case of a blown fuse.
