Applications

The series of rubber kneader machines are main used for molding and mixing the materials of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, recycled rubber or plastic, or blending rubber and plastic. They are also suitable for mixing a variety of low viscosity materials. It is used widely in sealed fittings factory, rubber and plastic products factory, also applies to blend in paints, dyes, ceramics, medicine, tapes, movie film line etc.. Main Features

1. With completely sealed condition, materials are mixed or plasticized under certain pressure, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stable quality. 2. Spiral angle and over lapping length of the blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to be dispersed uniformly. 3. Surface where is contracted with the machine are all plated with hard chromium and polished, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. 4. Jacket construction is adopted in parts that surfaces contact with materials to achieve excellent water-cooling or steam-heating effect and fit in with the needs of plastics and rubber processing technology. 5. Feeding from back door on the frame(or separate top door) is convenient of continuous process operation in production line. The mixing chamber is able to turn forward by 140 around the front rotors to discharge. 6. Easy color changing, Easy installation, operation and maintenance to lower the running cost. 7.Energy saving. the capacity is 6~8 times compared with open mill under the same condition of power level. 8.The rotors adopts 42CrMo material, and surface chrome plated(thickness +0.1-0.15mm), the surface is very hard HRC52. The rotors are hollow structure, for good water cooling effect. 9.The mixing chamber adopts cast steel or soud alloy steel, inside is chrome plated and polish to mirror effect. the working surface is coated with hard chromium for supper anti-abrasion. 10.Adopts international famous brand electronics and rogrammable logic controller (PLC) is adopted in the electric-control system. which has reliable control function and alarm function.All electronics and wires are well designed and rational arrayed. interlock safety-protection function and it is provided with serial interface of net. 11.This equipment possesses temperature and time control system. Accurate and easy to operate. Mixed refine operation could achieve the best result of dispersion and uniformity.
