1. Solution configuration:

Double-head spray + preheating welding (double cylinders can lift independently) + preheating welding module (double cylinders can lift independently) + preheating welding module (double cylinders can lift independently)

2. Composition:

(1) Spray module: X/Y-2-axis servo-driven spray head movement, adjustable position, precise positioning, selective precision spray (double head);

(2) Preheating module: upper hot air/lower infrared preheating.

(3) Welding module: dual-cylinder Z-axis independent lifting.

(4) Direction: left in and right out;

3. Through programming, the spray module selectively and precisely sprays each solder joint. After preheating by the preheating module, the welding module selectively spot/drag welds each solder joint. The welding of each solder joint Parameters can be adjusted independently;
