EVA/PVB Interlayer Film Production Line

The production line adopts cast film process,using EVA and PVB as raw material together with color masterbatch and additives to make interlayer film for glass lamination.The interlayer film has strong adhesiveness to inorganic glass.Therefore,it is used for making colorful laminated safety glasses,art glasses and decoration glasses.EVA/PVB glass interlayer films,treated with high temperature and high pressure,obtain similar reflectivity as glass which means effective light transmission.In the meantime,the films can filter out 99% of harmful ultraviolet rays in natural light.Because EVA/PVB films have strong adhesive force to glasses,when the laminated glasses are damaged by accident or by intention,the film keeps integrity and withstands penetration from impact.
