Good Dispersion Performance Ink Additives For Water Based Ink

Dispersant DR-3564 is a special dispersant for water-based color paste, which is used to disperse organic pigments and carbon black.

In the water-based colorant and water-based ink industry, the application is very mature, using the principle of steric hindrance to prevent further flocculation of pigment particles. Dispersing inorganic pigments and carbon black, reducing viscosity has a good effect and improving pigment color development.

Performance:

It is especially suitable for carbon black and organic pigments;

Strongly reduce the grinding viscosity;

It is mainly recommended for grinding containing resin;

Excellent tinting strength (color spread);

It does not contain solvents and ethoxynonylphenol .

Application:

Flexo and gravure inks, inkjet black water, industrial coatings, leather coatings, pigment concentrates.

The recommended dosage for the above applications is 1.0-5.0% of the abrasive material plus the abrasive resin and 1.0-5.0% of the abrasive material for the non-binder grinding.

Leather pre-coating primers, primers and topcoats based on polyurethane, acrylic, nitro and casein systems are recommended to be dosage 0.2~1.0%.

Packaging and storage :

25kg /plastic drum.

This product does not contain flammable and explosive solvents, and is transported as general non DG goods.

Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
