Product Description:

The prepainted steel sheet in coil is a product that is created by subjecting a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet to a surface chemical treatment (coating). The base metal used in the production of the ppgi/ppgl typically consists of cold-rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, and hot dipped galvalume steel. Furthermore, the coating material used for the production of these products consists of polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, and high-durability polyester.

Features:

Prepainted steel sheet is composed of a steel core, a metal coating, a primer and a top coat. It has strong durability, corrosion resistance and formability due to the organic protective film formed on the surface of the steel after Galvanized and Galvalume (Aluzinc) as the substrate went through surface pre-treatment, painting coating, baking and cooling.

Moreover, the prepainted steel sheet has excellent performance in advanced forming operations like roll forming, bending and deep drawing. Therefore, it is conveniently workable by cutting, roll forming, bending, folding, etc.
