HFC-227ea, another name FM200, is a kind of odorless and colorless halocarbon in a gaseous state. Nowadays, it is normally used in two situations. Because of lacking chlorine or bromine atoms, HFC-227ea agent will not hurt the ozone layer, and its ODP is 0%. Besides, its atmospheric lifetime is between 31 and 42 years.
