QL type rotating hanger girder EOT mobile crane is one of the derivative categories of general-purpose overhead travelling crane, which is one of the mechanical equipment for short-distance material handling in modern industrial production. It is widely used in workshops, warehouses and other places, which greatly reduces the physical labor intensity and improves the production efficiency.

Equipped with rotatable hanger beam, this crane is suitable for fixed span indoors or in the open air, such as steel mills, shipyards, ports, yards and warehouses, for loading, unloading and transporting steel plates, sections, coils and other materials. It is especially suitable for lifting different specifications and occasions requiring horizontal rotation. The hanger beam is cross structure, reliable and safe with certain function of putting swing. It can carry special lifting tools such as electromagnets or clamping pliers under the hanger beam.

It is usually composed of metal structure, lifting trolley (hanger beam), trolley operating mechanism and electrical control. While on the lifting beam, the lifting mechanism drives two roller sets, and after decelerating through two reducers, the lifting and lowering of the hanger beam is completed under two hooks, so as to realize the purpose of lifting materials. All mechanisms can be controlled by cabin or wireless remote control ways.

The ambient working temperature of the crane is generally between -20~40℃, which is not suitable for use in places with strong corrosive gas and flammable and explosive places. When used in the open air, it must be equipped with rain-proof equipment.

Classification:

According to the way of hanging electromagnets, the electromagnetic bridge crane can be divided into upper rotating hanger beam electromagnetic bridge crane and lower rotating hanger beam electromagnetic bridge crane.

The upper rotating one has two hanging ropes to lift the hanger beam, and there are electromagnets installed below the hanger beam for lifting magnetic materials.

The lower rotating one has only one hanging rope, and a rotatable hanger beam is suspended, and there are electromagnets installed below the hanger beam for lifting magnetic materials.

In general, magnetic materials include steel plates, sections, coils and other materials. According to the user's requirements, there are optional configurations: speed regulation of every mechanism (1:10 or greater), overload and alarm, wireless remote control, PLC control and fault detection, display, recording and printing system, etc.
