Product description

1,The SMT high speed mounter HT-T9 is designed with 68 suction nozzles and 68 feeding stations. It is controlled by two arms, with 34 suction nozzles controlled by one arm each. Among them, 34 suction nozzles are divided into two groups, each with 17 nozzles, and each group is jointly controlled by a servo motor and a corner motor.

2,The four different materials of a product can be pasted simultaneously, which can accelerate product production without affecting high productivity.

3,The mounter HT-T9 is suitable for one-time mounting of soft light strips with a length of 5 meters, 20 meters, 50 meters, or even more.

4,During mounting, a single plate of material can be attached separately, and the same plate of material is always attached to the same light bar.

5,Calibration automatically,high precision,available for RGB.

Equipment Details

• Linear magnetic levitation motor

The stator itself is a permanent magnet, and the interaction between the moving stator and the magnetic pole causes repeated movement of the mounting head.

• Transportation platform

Transport the PCB board to the designated location,the platform has an adsorption function, which is conducive to adsorption of soft PCB boards.

• Inlet and outlet plate inductor

Detect if there is a PCB on the track.
