The composite pipe for mining is designed to solve the problems of severe corrosion, high maintenance cost, and easy generation of electric sparks in steel pipelines underground in coal mines.

This pipe is a new type of bonded solid wall composite pipe, which is an updated product of traditional non-metallic pipes. The inner conductive layer, reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer are integrated into a solid wall pipe structure through a special process, which is formed by melting or bonding between layers and adjacent layers to form a non relative moving overall composite solid wall structure. The inner transmission layer and outer protective layer are generally extruded from anti-static and flame-retardant polymer materials, while the reinforced layer of bonded composite pipes is usually formed by heating and winding with twisted coating agents such as flame-retardant high-strength industrial polyester filament and glass fiber prepreg tape.
