Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction

Paper feeding unit 1. The Hengli Servo pressure free leading edge is used to feed the paper, and the suction volume is increased, and the paper feeding is more stable and accurate. 2. Inverter control of vacuum airflow and pressure to match cardboard size. 3. Adjustable paper feeding stroke to reduce the pressure of the rubber roller. 4. High-efficiency dust removal device, double-row brushes and fans, remove paper scraps on the surface of cardboard.

Printing unit 1. Leak-proof and ink-repellent system device 2. Automatic reset system after printing plate cleaning 3. Ink saving system, when changing color or cleaning ink, each unit can save 0.4-0.5 kg of ink (for roller suction diaphragm pump ink supply system)

Die Cutting Unit The die-cutting phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment, and the equipment can be adjusted during operation and stop.
