1.Power Supply Unit and Needle Bed Unit

The series formation and capacity grading equipment consists of two main parts: the power supply unit and the needle bed unit. Below is an overview of each section.

Power Supply Unit – Primarily performs two functions:

• Establishes communication with the PC control terminal to manage equipment operation status.
• Converts grid AC power into various signals required for module operation.

Needle Bed Unit – Mainly includes two components:

• Series control module and I/O control board – Manages channel and I/O control.
• Mechanical press section – Executes the pressing action.

2.Prismatic Battery Formation and Capacity Grading Equipment

Description: This equipment is designed for the formation and capacity grading of prismatic batteries.

3.Pouch Battery Formation and Capacity Grading Equipment

Description: This equipment is primarily used for the formation and capacity grading of pouch lithium batteries.

4.Cylindrical Battery Charge-Discharge Equipment

Description: This equipment is used for charging and discharging cylindrical batteries. It features tray-based formation, data traceability, consistent battery contact, excellent temperature uniformity, and high safety.
