The flexible positioning device (NC Locator) has the characteristics of high intelligence, large load capacity, high positioning accuracy, fast switching speed, adaptable to multi-platform and multi-model production, and can withstand harsh working environments. It is used for body-in-white welding production line body and flexible positioning of components.

Multiple flexible positioning devices can form an intelligent flexible positioning system that realizes rapid switching of multiple models in the manufacture of automobile body-in-white, and is suitable for rapid and flexible positioning of body-in-white components such as body-in-white floor welding lines, side wall welding lines, and body main lines.
