Quick Joint / Quick Connect (QC) is a simple and effective wireline tool which is the quick connection that offers a vast range of benefits versus sucker rod type threaded connections when supplied integral to tooling components. The quick joint / quick connect is used to minimize the line twist when running in and pulling out of the well. It is usually located below rope socket and the bearings permits rotational movement when maintaining longitudinal rigidity in the tool string. This design is suitable to handle impact from heavy upwards and downward jarring.

QLS Quick Joint consists of upper sub, lower sub, mandrel, bearing sleeve, thrust ball bearing, etc..The mandrel with thrust ball bearing fixed is then installed to the bearing sleeve.
