Inspection details

The equipment is composed of two parts: material sorting part and detection part. When working, the pipe shoulder first enters the silo, and then enters the centrifugal turntable through the lifting of the hoist. The tube shoulder is then conveyed to the conveyor belt by centrifugal principle and enters the inspection section.

The detection part uses four high-speed industrial cameras to take pictures of the samples, and then compares the images with the standard samples to detect the lack of material in the pipe shoulder. The overall equipment is made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of compact space volume, convenient installation and deployment, accurate and fast detection, simple operation and easy use.

Application of cameras

Our design scheme adopts 3-6 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to conduct all-round visual inspection for the appearance defects of dinner plate products. The inspection speed is 300-600 pieces/minute, and the equipment can realize 7*24 hours all-weather Running, unqualified products can be automatically removed online.

The whole set of testing equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and testing system software. The entrance and exit of the testing machine can be integrated with the automation mechanism (see the design drawings for details of the connection method), and can be connected with upstream and downstream production according to the specific production needs of the customer's site equipment.
