What is the leadtime if I order?

After receiving the payment, we start production.

If you are ordering some popular models, we usually got stock. After some testings, we will ship the materials.

If we do not have stock, production time is usually 3~5 working days for less than 50pcs/pairs.

Does your switch support 155Mb/s tranceivers?

A: Yes, the optical speed is 100M/1000M/2500M. Please just configure 100M speed in the management interface, megabit modules are working.

What SFP modules do I use?

A: In a standard cabling, singlemode 20KM and Multimode 2KM modules are usually applied.

Can you show me how to use and test the devices?

A: Yes, we are an OEM manufacturer and do multiple testings each day.

We have different videos to explain the connection and working mechanism.

Does your switch support 10G speed?

A: For some models, the fiber speed is 1G/2.5G/10G based.
