Description
This is deep pleated HEPA filter, the thickness is 150mm or 292mm; folded glass fiber material spaced by corrugated aluminum foil to create large filter area, then reducing the resistance and enlarge air flow rate;
to make the HEPA filters can bear high temperature environment, some material should be redesigned,
the gasket should be silicone not normal neoprene; the silicone can stand high temperature to 250℃; the sealant should change to silicone glue.
Frame is stainless steel 304 recommend; to protect the filter material , double side metal mesh can be added.
