Gray iron casing NBR Sealing Materials Suitable for -20℃ ~ 120℃ working conditions

This series is available in 13 models with the speed ratio varying from 42:1 to 2292:1 and the torque ranging from 720NM to 100000NM. The torque difference between every two adjacent models is small, helping to save a lot of costs customers when select selecting a specific product.
It is suitable for use on 90° rotary butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves.

Instructions for Installation and Operation
Connect the bottom flange of the gear operator to the upper flange of the valve and and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolt. The valve can be closed by turning the hand-wheel clockwise and opened by turning the hand-wheel counterclockwise. On the upper face of the gear operator, a position marking are mounted, through which the position of switch can be directly observed. The gear operator is also equipped with a mechanical limit screw, which can be adjusted and function to limit the position at the switch extreme position.

Gear operators of all series are designed and tested as per the requirements of JB/T 8531-2013 “Specifications for Valve Manual Actuators”, and all flange interfaces are designed and manufactured to ISO 5211/ISO 5210. 1

Gear operators are presented with IP 67 graded protection and optional with IP 68. They can match with a number of valves used in oil and gas pipelines, underground pipeline networks, and chemical, hydro-electric generation, thermal power generation, and shipping industries, including the butterfly valve, ball valve, plug valve, blast gate, globe valve, and gate valve that rotate 90° or 360°.
