Machine introduction:

With two motors driven, PLC control the motor speed and production speed.

Using one set of molds, finish size from 3.0-3.5mm stretching to 0.8-2.7mm,

simple structure; large the stretching range ; simple operation.

Using PLC touch screen run the machine according to the set process parameters,

input edit molds and slip parameters, control the mode of equipment,

display the relevant operation data of the equipment. detect and display of machine faults,

machine operational records is storable and readable. stretching by full immersion lubrication,

double tank prevents spillage of molten lubricant, gear drive, mechanical seal gear oil,

cooling and lubricating the gears & bearings through the oil pump after cooling the gear oil.
