Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnet has high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product and high performance/cost ratio. It is easily formed into various sizes, widely used in motor, sensor, meter, sound device, magnetic separator, automobile, aviation, aerospace and other applications. It is prone to corrosion in humid environments, so it usually needs surface treatment according to customers' requirements. The coatings we can offer include: nickel, zinc, gold, silver, epoxy and parylene.

The neodymium magnet are the most cost effective high strength magnets. Our neo magnets are available in discs, blocks, cylinders, rings and spheres. Some have a self-adhesive backing, others are rubber coated to protect surfaces.

Neodymium Rare Earth magnets are the strongest permanent magnets available due to their powerful magnetic field and their great strength and their resistance to demagnetization. They are up to 7 times stronger than other permanent magnets such as ceramic magnet or alnico magnet and offer excellent size to strength ratio. This type of permanent magnet has several protective coatings such as Nickel, Phosphorous or Zinc. These magnets are produced by the powder metallurgical method, with chemical composition of Nd2Fe14B. They are very brittle and hard, and are the least corrosion resistant of all commercial magnets. They have reasonable temperature stability but are not suitable for high temperature applications.
