Automatic Filling Machine Summarize:

Automatic Filling Machine is our new product best on Italian filling technique and our many years of production experience. Three functions washing, filling, capping are composed one body, reasonable design, beautiful outsider status, easy for operation and maintenance, full automatic. It is used for filling juice, tea and milk drinking.

Automatic Filling Machine Technical characteristics:

(1)The filling part adopts Italian technique and low gravity type vacuum filling principle. Second open valve technique is adopted to ensure full filling process level.

(2)Spring type bottle clip, empty bottle automatic over 180 degrees by rail, to washing the bottle inside.

(3)The whole machine adopts Human-machine interface, PCL controller, full automatic control technology with Frequency-converter stepless speed regulating. The equipment will stop when the temperature is low, and it does automatic control the feeding and back flow. Without bottle without cap, When no bottles available, the machine will be in waiting state,and no caps will be applied. When no caps available, or the bottles are jammed, the machine will stop automatically.

(4)The whole machine equips the lubricating oil system, controlled by PLC.
