LV AAAC ACSR Bundle Conductor Cable For Overhead Lines
Bundle Conductor Cable is a very innovative concept for overhead power distribution as compared to the conventional bare conductor overhead distribution system. It includes aerial bundle cable (ABC cable), covered line wire and service drop cable. It provides a higher safety and reliability, lower power losses, and ultimate system economy by reducing installation, maintenance and operative cost.Low voltage aerial cable is designed to supply 600/1000-volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites.

Features
Dual Conductor Technology – Select AAAC for lightweight corrosion resistance or ACSR for maximum mechanical pull strength, both integrated into a bundled overhead format.
Twisted Bundle Configuration – Phase conductors are helically wound to maintain constant spacing, eliminating phase-to-phase contact from wind sway or ice accumulation.
Low Voltage Rating – Optimized for 0.6/1kV distribution networks, compatible with standard transformer secondaries and service drop connections.
Weather-Ready Construction – Individual cores may be bare or XLPE-insulated; the bundle design reduces aerodynamic drag and prevents conductor clashing.
Reduced Installation Hardware – The bundled assembly hangs from simple suspension clamps, replacing multiple insulator strings and cross-arms used in open-wire systems.
Applications
Rural Low Voltage Feeders – Overhead supply to villages and farms using AAAC bundle for salt-laden air or ACSR bundle for long spans across valleys.
Industrial Park Loops – Distribution between factory buildings where mixed conductor types allow tailoring of strength and conductivity per section.
Mountainous Terrain Lines – ACSR core bundle provides extra tension capability for steep gradients and high wind loads at altitude.
Coastal Electrification Projects – AAAC bundle resists corrosion from sea spray without the need for steel core cladding.
Temporary Construction Overheads – Lightweight AAAC bundle for easy reeling and quick deployment on building sites.
