Features:

A tube/tape automatic burner has X & Z manipulators and a double-end mechanical pneumatic structure, and is suitable for IC packaging of SOP, SSOP, TSSOP and QFN. The equipment is equipped with 8 burning seats and 2 suction nozzles, and can reach the production capacity of 1,355 UPH. The equipment features stable performance, accurate picking and placement as well as simple operation, is equipped with a large LCD, and has a friendly user interface.
