Characteristics:

2. High mixing uniformity. Outer sprial make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank, and the inner spiral make the material move from the center to sides, this mixing would have a high mixing uniformity.
3. High mixing speed and short uniform time. Mixing speed is very fast, usually is around 8-20mins.
4. Mirror polished mixing tank inside, as well as ribbon and shaft.
5. Safety switch of CE certificate, safety grid.
6. Castors for easy moving.
7. Technical discharge hole design to guarantee no material leaking.

Optional:

• The top cover of the U Shape tank has the entrance for material. It can be also designed with spray or add liquid device according the customer’s needs.
• This mixer also can be designed with the function to keep cold or heat. Add one layer outside the tank and put into medium into the interlayer to get the mixing material cold or heat. Usually use water for cool and hot steam or use electrical for heat
• Both manual or pneumatic discharge way are available
• dust collector is optional
