DK series slurry valve

The slurry valve is a soft-seal, straight-stroke switch-off valve that is aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, and compact for easy installation and use. With full-diameter design, the flow resistance is small, and gate disc is formed with the pipe when the gate disc is opened. The drive mode can be manual, or the pneumatic actuator can be equipped with an inductive switch for remote control. The head of the gate disc is tapered and has a strong cutting force. The seat is made of rubber and is integrally die-casted to achieve two-way sealing. The biggest characteristic of the valve is that when the valve is fully opened, the medium will not enter the upper and lower valve chambers of the valve body, thereby avoiding the accumulation of slurry in the valve body cavity during use, which affects the use effect of the valve.

Design features

Gate disc

The head of the gate has a certain taper and has a strong cutting force. After the gate is finely ground, it is treated with hard chrome plating, which has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Built-in stuffing box

The built-in stuffing box structure design makes it easier to achieve the packing seal at this position, making maintenance easier and faster.

Valve body

The valve body adopts a two-piece structure design. When the valve body and the gate disc are assembled, the zero gap between the valve body and the gate disc is realized, so that the particulate medium is prevented from entering the valve cavity and blocking the valve.​

Seal seat

1. The rubber mold is die-cast and formed, and the valve seat contains a metal support ring to prevent deformation during long-term use.

2, Easy to install.It can be directly removed without the use of auxiliary tools.

3. The seal seats can be interchanged.

Nitrile rubber, temperature -29 ° C ~ 120 ° C

EPDM rubber, temperature -29 ° C ~ 120 ° C

Natural rubber, temperature -29 ° C ~ 70 ° C

Bottom with drain

The bottom of the valve has a detachable bottom cover. After the valve is used for a period of time, the bottom cover can be removed to clean the residual granular medium in the cavity.
