1. Free samples?

Yes, our Samples are free for customers. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.

2. Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

3. What is the normal lead time?

A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days.

B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 25-28 days.

C. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days.

4. What is your payment term?

T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after departure from port.

5. How do you control the quality?

After sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production;

then do random inspection before packing.
