SF-TO700PY-8994A-T TFT LCD module is a 7”inch diagonal size, 800x480 full color TFT LCD display with RTP (Resistive touch screen). This module supports 24 bit RGB Interface. SF-TO700PY-8994A-T model is having module dimension of 164.9x100x6.8 mm and Active area size of 153.84x85.63mm. it's integrated with EK9716BD4 + EK73002AB2 controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V. typical value is 2.8V.

The LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. SF-TO700PY-8994A-T is with 300 cd/m2 luminance. If you would like to adjust the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support, we can increase the surface brightness to 1000 nits.
