5Km / H Hydraulic Puller Tensioner 110KV Conductor Stringing Equipment ​

110KV transmission line stringing equipments are used for overhead 110KV transmission line single or bundled cnductors stringing operation. We normally used 6 ton hydraulic puller with 4 ton hydraulic tensioner for single 500-630 mm2 conductor, or two of 3 ton hydraulic tensioner for 2 bundled conductors in 110KV transmission line.

1. SA-YQ60 Hydraulic Puller

Application:

The hydraulic puller is used to pull pilot steel wire rope for conductors stringing. It is fully hydraulic controlled, easily used and maintained

Features:

-Closed hydraulic circuit,infinitely variable speed control in both rotating directions.

-The max pulling force for stringing operation can be preset, pulling force in the rope can be read on the line pull gauge.

-Automatic over pulling protection system

-Spring applied hydraulic released brake acts automatically in case of hydraulic failure to ensure safety.

-Hydraulic oil cooling system.

-Heat treated wear-proof bull wheels

-With rigid axle for towing at high speed, the machine looks beautiful.

-Integral self-loading reel winder with automatic level wind.

-Mounted on trailer with rigid axle for towing at max. speed of 15 km/h on work site.

2. Hydraulic Tensioners (Suitable for both conductor and OPGW, ADSS optic fiber cable)

Application:

It is suitable for single conductor, earth wire,OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable stringing in line stringing operation.

Features:

-Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension force contril

-The max. tension/pull back force can be preset, the tension force can be read from tension gauge

-Spring applied hydraulic released brake acts automatically in case of hydraulic failure to ensure line safety

-Hydraulic oil cooling system

-Bull wheels lined with wear proof MC nylon lining segments

-With rigid axle for towing at max. speed of 15 km/h
