IEC60335-2 Probe With Thermometer For Surface Temperature Test
Product overview:
This probe conforms to the IEC 60335-2-11 Clause 11.3 Figure 101, IEC60335-2-6-2002 clause 11.101 figure 104, etc. It is mainly used to measure the temperature rise on the front surface of the easily accessible parts of drum-type dryer, upright electric cooker, cooking bench and oven.

What is a surface temperature probe?

Take IEC60335-2-6 clause 11.101 as an example:
Temperature rise of the front and side surfaces are measured using the probe of Figure 104. The probe is applied with a force of 4 N ± 1 N to the surface in such a way that best possible contact between the probe and the surface us ensured.
Push the upper surface of the stop face to the force scale line, then 4 N force is achieved.
