Servo-driven Bottles UV Printer

The servo-driven automatic printer is suitable for plastic products with various shapes(such as round, oval, triangular, square and pentagon). The product range can be plastic bottles, jars, hard tubes, etc. It can print in 360 degree with different colors of UV inks.

The machine adopts a modular combined structure, each module includes digitally controlled servo- driven screen printing and UV curing functions, and the linear connection can realize a maximum of 8-color integrated production line.

The printing parameters of each color are independently adjusted, the printing function is digitalized, and the bottles of various shapes can be printed in 360°, and the machine’s debugging is easy and fast.

The machine can be connected to foil stamping or labeling modules to become a multi-functional printing production line such as silk screen printing with foil stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product detection module after printing to replace manual inspection.

The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle unscrambler instead of manual feeding. After printing process, the discharging can be connected to a bagging machine to save labors.

Before choosing the correct printign equipment, we need to know what is the difference between screen printing and offset printing?

Silkscreen printing is to individually make a screen film for the areas which have the same color in the design, and then apply the corresponding ink on the screen and scratch it onto the product.
Since each color of ink is printed independently, the color can be indicated to pantone color number. When you want to change the color of the artwork, as long as the color on the same film changes together (the same color), there is no additional charge for the film.

Offset printing, applies 4 layers of ink: cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black) printing into a picture. The four colors printing films are made by analyzing the CMYK color point distribution of your design through software. Since the printing films are made according to the distribution of color points, if you want to change the color, we can only adjust the overall darker or lighter. There is no way to change the color of a certain part separately, and the darker and lighter adjustment will affect the overall color presentation.
