Honeycomb Vent Panel Filters

Honeycomb Vent Panel Filters is a honeycomb structured frame reinforced vent panel filter to allow air flow into shielded room freely for ventilation and prevent electromagnetic interference from entering the room where the waveguides are installed. The electric field, planewave, and microwave shielding effectiveness of the aluminum channels meet all MRI performance requirements. The open cell extruded aluminum channels provide for optimal airflow without clogging as honeycomb style designs are prone to do.

Pasia EMI Air Filter performs three distinct functions:
EMI/RFI shielding with positive grounding.
Air straightening for maximum cooling efficiency.
High dust arrestance with low pressure drop.

Honeycomb vents are available with frames, pre-drilled with fasteners, or with flow-drilled thread holes. The standard material is stainless steel which can be given a electroplated.

If high shielding levels are required, the use of cross-cell honeycombs is recommended. The shielding performance will improve as airflow is decreased, but not eliminated.
