CA45DD 1-1/2'' Pulse Jet Valve With Dresser Nut CA45DD010-300

BRANDO pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot operated valve is de - energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve. Pulse Jet Valve, also called diaphragm valve acts as a "switch" for compressed air in the dust collector system for bag filters. It is controlled by the electric signals from the Pulse Controller. Pulse Jet Valves are used in filtering systems of dust collectors, gas turbines, and desulfurization equipment. Pulse jet valves are commonly used to clean filters such as cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fiber filters.
