API 11AX Oil Production Downhole Sucker Rod Pump

Oil Production Downhole Sucker Rod Pump description:

Downhole pump include sucker rod pump and tubing pump

Sucker rod pump is equipped with a seating nipple(there are two seating nipples in API-RHBM-AC) , seating nipple connection on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly connection on the sucker rod string and with the pump overall down to seating nipple position together , pump with fixed inside the seating nipple , Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work.

The pump barrel assembly directly fixed on a tubing string. the plunger assembly connected on the sucker rod string ,and with the up and down reciprocating motion, so as to realize the production process. Its advantage lies in: in the process of oil production, when the traveling valve and fixed valve side problem,valve side can be proposed by the sucker rod, piston and extractor , don’t put the whole pump and tubing string out of the well, reduce the work intensity and the operation cost
