Accuracy is the most important standard of a stainless steel folding filter element, which determines whether it can achieve its purpose of use. When ensuring the filter element structure is complete enough, the accuracy depends on the accuracy of the filter material. The pollutant capacity of the filter element is equal to the product of the pollutant carrying capacity per unit area and the filter area. It is related to the pressure difference of the actual use of the filter element.

The strength is guaranteed by the skeleton of the stainless steel folding filter element. When the filter element with sufficient strength is used, it will not be deformed, damaged, and the filter material will not fall off. Fluid pressure intensity refers to the pressure drop of the fluid that can be sustained during operation and is usually not greater than the internal leak test pressure. Axial load strength refers to the force that can be accepted by normal assembly and disassembly without deforming the filter element. The fatigue strength refers to the fatigue resistance of the filter element when it is subjected to impact, vibration, flow pulse and so on.
