Necessary tools for UV CIPP cure trenchless operation

1. One winch with a capacity of more than 3 tons, including a steel wire rope of more than 150m (depending on the length of the repaired pipe). It is best to adjust the speed, and the slower the speed cannot be adjusted, the better.

2. Light curing hose material, bottom film, binding cloth, and lamp film.

3. Ten 1.5-inch and two-inch ties respectively. Buy better and stronger tensioners.

4. Two small water pumps are used to pump water in the well chamber, or two Self-priming pumps.

5. Four interphones, two batteries for field communication.

6. Non-woven fabric or thick carpet 3m*10m, laid on the ground to protect materials.

7. Square timber 50-80cm, ready to be dried.

8. Several vises are used to fine-tune and fix materials at the bottom of the well.

9. Two lifting lugs are used for pulling materials.

10. One 750W axial flow fan is used for forced ventilation of the well chamber.

11. The 4-angle grinder with several cutting blades. It is recommended to use compressed air power.

12. Two traction ropes of 8mm and more than 100m are used to drag the bottom film and steel wire rope.

13. Portable power distribution box is used to supply power to the axial flow fan, small water pump, angle grinder and well lighting fixtures.

14. Several respirators or respirators with filters and goggles.

15. There are several cotton gloves, which are only used for changing bulbs. There are several rubber gloves.

16. One section of the 10m air duct is equipped with a D65 fire connector, and two sections are prepared.
