Mamba Zig Zag Self Cleaning Screens
Mamba Screen Mesh MFG Company, which is founded in 1989, has been devoted
into wire cloth and screen media production for 33 years. The
company owns 18 patented products, all of them have been up to EU, GB and ASTM standards.
The company has acquired certificates of ISO 14001 Environmental
Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and OHSAS
18001 Occupation Health Safety Management System.
We manufacture self cleaning mesh screens in high tensile steel mesh and stainless steel, supplied with or
without polyurethane cross bands. Self cleaning screens
non-blinding, high quality surface provides accurate screening and
sizing, particularly where material is difficult. For example wet
or sticky, self cleaning mesh also gives higher production rates
while eliminating large unwanted flat material contaminating the
finished product.
MamBa Self-cleaning screen Cloths is a specific type of screening
media made with multiple individual metal wires or polyurethane
material. Independent vibration of the wires is created at variable
frequencies to provide a good self-screening effect without
plugging the meshes. Self-cleaning screen is featured by less
plugging, increased wear life and higher screen efficiency in
contrast to conventional screen mesh. Due to these features,
self-cleaning screen has been increasingly popularized by customers
in many industries.
