250ml Tritan SK ISBM Machine

This is a single stage injection stretch blow molding machine with three station.

This machine is widely uesd for making lots of plastic bottles.

Suitable material inlcudeds PET, PETG, PC, PCTG, Tritan, SK etc.
Injection station is for injection preform from raw material.
Stretch & blow station is for stretching & blowing the preform to finished bottle.
Ejection station is for releasing bottle.

Perform higher speed, automatic producing and no flash or trimmings.

Unity forming without parting line.

Even wall thickness, clarity, strength and rigidity.

The neck of the bottle is precisely shaped for zero leak sealing.

Shaping ability: the preform remains warm during the process, which could present a better shaping ability, a sharper angle.
Fixed orientation: Since the preform is held constant during the entire molding process, the neck finish is oriented to body of the bottle.

This feature is useful for bottles using a dispensing closure and requiring an oriented neck finish.

1. We will check and test the machine and send the video to the customer for reference prior the delivery.
2. Attache/send an operational manual in English version with the shipment.
3. To use the machine only need to connect power and connect to the air supply and water supply according to the manual or video instructions if requested.
4. Service technicians are on call to instruct via voice and videos. They all hold visa and passport and be able to serve on site.​
