A: The wavelength of UV LED Lamp usually are 365-405nm, the wavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm,

385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.

A: The LED chip brand we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul.
Q11. What's the materials of the lamp and lens ?
A: The materials of lamp is Aluminum, and the lens are quartz.

Q12: Could I put my logo on it?
Of course. The logo can be made according to your requirements once you reached our MOQ.

Q13: What is the cooling method?
A: Most UV LEDs are mainly water-cooing, but we can also do air-cooling,

everything can be customized according to your requirements.

Matters needing attention

Warm reminder, in order to make our products play the best performance, and to reduce

the failure of customers when using the product, please pay attention to:

1) The welding time should not exceed 3S;
2) Welding temperature should be less than 260 degrees Celsius.
3) Reflow welding is allowed only once.
4) When welding, distinguish positive and negative polarity, and avoid lens to avoid damage to lens.
5) Do a good job of heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLED as far as possible to ensure adequate radiator area.
