1. The equipment warranty period is 12 months. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions within 48 hours, after receiving the buyer's notification .

2. If needed to the site, the after-sales service personnel should be arrived within 72 hours after the visa is verified.

3. When furnace is delivered to the customer, we will give staff training to customer.
