Belt Type Poultry Manure Removal System Information

Poultry manure removal system is designed for both A and H type battery chicken cages laying hens, broiler farms, which is also known as poultry dung, feces, waste, litter cleaing machine, using belt type remover. The manure belt is made of white PP product, consisting of front cap rollers stretching and internal scrapping off apparatus as well as the rear scrapping off rollers, pressing balls, external scrapping off apparatus, conveyor drive systems and the electrical reducer engines.

Belt manure removal machine is a fully automatic manure cleaning system, which can reduce the labor intensity and labor cost, make it more convenient to clean up waste feces timely, keep the environment of poultry house clean and improve the litter utilization. The transverse manure conveying system can transfer the manure from end of chicken cage to outside of chicken house.

Belt Type Poultry Manure Removal System Advantages:

1. The entire manure removal system has high cleanliness, which can effectively reduce the concentration of harmful gases in the house, relatively reduce the ventilation in the house, reduce energy consumption, and extend the service life of the fan.

2. The temperature of the poultry house can also be increased to reduce the energy consumption of the chickens and improve the production performance of the chickens; compared with drying, chicken waste is easier to handle and deep-process, and work efficiency is improved.

3. The cleaning removal belt is welded with an ultrasonic welding machine, which has certain strength and toughness, no water absorption and no deformation.

4. Each row or layer of battery cages is equipped with a set of vertical manure removal belt, and each chicken house is equipped with horizontal and oblique belt; the longitudinal belt transfer the chicken manure to the horizontal end belt of the chicken house, and then transport it to the outside of the house directly onto the truck. The manure removal power and control system are located at the end of the chicken house for easy operation and maintenance.

5. The belt method greatly improves the air quality in the chicken house, relatively reduces the occurrence of some diseases, and has high safety.
