Work process

1. Each exit track has an incoming sensor and an exit sensor. When the PLC program judges that the two sensors cannot sense the board, and the belt does not understand, it can be seen that the machine is currently in a state without PCB board; 2. When the board is empty, the blade in the pusher will push a PCB board, making it fall on the belt; 3. It is sent to the position of the board exit sensor through the belt, and waits for the signal of the next machine to request the board 4. After receiving the board signal and sending out the PCB board, repeat the above actions (left in and right out)
