Moulding Boxes also named moulding box, mold flask, sand flask, sand box, which is important tools for foundries using automatic or demi-automatic moulding line. Machined by advanced CNC machines and dimensions controlled by CMM, our products achieve higher accuracy and better interchangeability. The flasks are manufactured with ductile iron, higher grade gray iron, or steel welding, and they have higher rigidity and can bear higher pressure impact.

In addition, we design and manufacture different sizes of customer drawing and technical specification. We supply steel material for components with certificates, components with hardening treatment with certificates, clamp with hardening treatment, machining from Doosan machining center, Faro CMM control with certificates, inspection gauge, assembly with jigs, bushing assembly with liquid nitrogen, bolt assembly with Loctite, random pairing test after assembly among cope and drag and pallet car, fillet gauge check in parting line between cope and drag, actual weight verification with drawing of machined or assembly, painting and RP (Rust Preventive), necessary protection and seaworthy packaging

2. How long can I get some samples?

The sample needs 45 days, and the mass production as per your order quantity.

3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can make casting according to your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D cad model. If the 3D cad model can be supplied, the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D, based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved.

4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for tooling making.

5. What's your quality control device ?
We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and UT Sonic as NDT checking method to control the casting detect under the surface of casting.
