MLP3200-H 5ton Capacity Retractable Super Deck for Multi-Storey Construction Sites
The Crane Loading Deck is specially designed for coping with the challenges of multi-story construction sites. Our crane loading decks make access for tools and materials to different levels of multi-story construction sites safe and simple, while increase the working efficiency of tower cranes. The deadweight and load of the load deck apply to the ceiling and the concrete slab by the support props or the fixing anchoring bolts. The forces on the ceiling or the slab floor of the building can be provided as Fig.4.
When calculating the forces on the ceiling and floor from the load
deck, we used following suppositions: a) Assumed load always
centered on deck;
b) Self weight of the loading platform is calculated according to
the actual weight of the deck;
c) All loads are calculated by taking all actual loads and
multiplying them by an impact factor 1.3;
d) All loads are working loads uniformly distributed on the floor
deck of the platform (UDL);
e) Horizontal forces not taken into account;
f) Reactions provided based on rigid supports, i.e. - effects of
deflections of supporting slabs not factored
into design.
