The choke valve is used to be matched with manifold and other assemblies, which is applicable for flow-rate adjustment, that is, to raise or reduce the valve core location is help for alternation of flow-way cross area and flow-rate control.The products could also be produced according to customer requirement.

We manufacture both Positive and adjustable choke valves in pressure rating up to 10,000 PSI working pressure. Each choke can be interchanged and configured in to positive choke, adjustable choke, and actuated choke. Depending upon the requirement in the site, well conditions, life, and these chokes can be converted in to different types as required. The majority of the components are interchangeable, which makes it easy for manufacturing and maintenance.

Adjustable choke valve

• Valve needle and spool are made of tungsten carbide,with sufficient corrosion resistant,antieroding and wearable capacity.
• The two kinds of adjustable choke ,needle type and external sleeeve type could apply to wellheads & X-mas tree and choke manifold.

Positive choke valve

• Material of choke bean is fabricated from ceramic and tungsten carbide, with sufficient corrosion resistant,anti-eroding and wearable capability.
• It adopts union bonnet so as to change choke quickly.
• It has application in wellhead & X-mas tree and choke line.
